3. Resort or AirBnB accommodation 

One of the most expensive investments you can make is building a resort or lodge accommodation. It is a huge investment that is built with dreams, years of hard work, and sacrifices for most. Some usually start this type of investment after retirement. Or after a decade of working in the corporate world. This is where they put all the money they saved up.

If you’re someone who’s planning to invest in something big, maybe a resort of your own is one of your potential candidates. If your parents or grandparents gave you a land inheritance, it would be such a smart choice to turn it into a money-making business. Regardless of the property size, you can build a property that can accommodate your desired number of guests.

As a fresh resort owner, you won’t typically need lots of employees for the first couple of years. Since the season when your business will be in demand is usually during a certain season only.

Focus on the quality of the food and drinks that you plan to offer. If a certain area where you plan to open your business is known for a certain food or fruit, try to incorporate it into your menu’s speciality. Incorporate a theme that focuses and targets the right vibe, quality, and price.
