It attaches hot and cold-water lines
Paste your water lines both hot and cold by sweating this directly into the hot and cold ports of the mixing valve. The mixing valve will be how water enters the bath system, not through the pipes themselves.
Connect the output connection
Connect the drain connector by connecting the overflow tube to the pipe above the trap, not across it. The trap will have a compression of pressure that wraps around the arm of the overflow assembly.
Install the Shower Head pipe
First, find a medium-sized female attachment and attach it to support the support with a screw or claw. Then run the pipe up to the wall of the showerhead. Sweat or solder on the other side to measure the copper on top of the pipe.
Replace the toilet wall
Replace the moisture-resistant wall as a basis for covering your wall. Seal the joints between the wall and your new bathtub with silicone caulk as protection from the water drain.
Set up Tub
Lower the tub in place so that the continuous flange fits the wall studs and rests on 1’x4 ′ or 2’x4 ′ bases. Attach the tub to the enclosed area with nails or screws attached to the flanges into the containers.
NOTE: Remember, bathtubs and bathtubs may need a wall of support. A bathtub full of water is extremely heavy. So, check the building codes and support construction before installing the bathtub.
Install Spout
Extend a piece of pipe 1/2 inch, or whatever length specified in the manufacturer’s instructions, for the bath scarf. Sweat to the size of a male thread at the end of the pipe or use a copper nipple of the appropriate length and 1/2-inch jar.
NOTE: At this point, your hard pipework should be checked before proceeding further.
See Leaks
Return the water pressure and check the drainage connection and supply pipes for any signs of leaks.
Prevent future leaks
Whether you install a new showerhead or install an old one, always clean the plumbing fixtures. Apply a new pipe joint, PTFE tape or both to prevent leakage.
Install Shower and Tub Fixtures
The spout and showerhead handles are all easily attached to this section. You can usually wrap them in the structures you have installed. For example, the showerhead twists on the bath arm and pulls out.
