How to connect a smart TV or non-smart to a mobile phone

How to connect a mobile phone to a non-smart TV

First of all, you have to enable USB Debugging by going to the Settings of Mobile.

After this, you have to connect the USB key wire to the TV and mobile, that is, to connect to each other.
