Banana

Many essential and beneficial nutrients are found in banana peel, which prove to be beneficial for health as well as skin. It provides essential nutrition to the body. Skin – Mash a medium sized banana. Add 4 teaspoon curd and 2 teaspoon honey to it. Apply it on the face and wash it off with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. This mask will hydrate and moisturize your face from inside and will also solve the problem of pimples.
Hair – Mash a banana well in a mixer. Add 2 teaspoons of honey and 2 teaspoons of olive oil to it. Apply it well on the hair and put on a shower cap. Shampoo as usual after 20 minutes. You will get silky-soft hair.

Hair – Mix 1 egg and 2 teaspoons of olive oil in the juice of half a lemon. Apply it on the hair and after 20 minutes shampoo as usual. Your dry and frizzy hair will not only get moisture from it but it will also affect dandruff.

You may fall in either of the two categories, but you can get the benefit of your skin and hair in any case. Skin – Make a pack by mixing 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 2 teaspoons multani mitti in half a cup of mashed papaya. Apply it on the face and wash it off after it dries. It will not only balance facial oil but will also control acne.
Hair – Mix 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel in half a cup of mashed papaya. Apply it well to the scalp and roots. It will control dandruff and also prevent hair fall.

Skin – Scrub the face and body with half a cup of mashed mango mixed with 2 teaspoons oats and 1 teaspoon honey. This will not only make your skin soft and silky, but will also reduce your skin blemishes.
Hair – Make a smooth paste by blending a mango. Add two spoons of curd and one spoon of almond oil to it. Apply it well on your scalp and all over your hair. After drying, shampoo as usual. This will not only control your hair fall but will also promote hair growth.
